Winter is already here. It was probably the first day of proper “fall” as roads were covered with tree leaves.

Wearing proper gear in winter will make your cycling a pleasant journey than a frustation.

Today I am reviewing an essentian and core part of cycling: Gloves.

“H2O specialized deflect gloves”

Description from Specialized :

Developed for riding in severely wet weather, our new Deflect H2O winter glove is the ultimate waterproof barrier for your hands. Outdry® technology keeps hands warm and dry, greatly increasing dexterity and bar control. No glove will keep your hands dryer, longer.

One of the best glove I have had. They are compelete water proof. Tested in pouring rain for 2 hours ride, Hands completely dry.

At the same time, they are breathable as well. I don’t get any moister or stinky hands.

Negtive:

I ordered medium size, and fingures are just about fit. And after wearing couple of day, its perfect now. My fingers aren’t long. I am on lower side of medium.

For a very cold day (-2), you probably need a layer of base gloves.

Not verrry smart, but ok. Could be a bit more slim from outer looks.
